You will have the opportunity to explore one of the world’s most dynamic and fast growing industries. It is a lively and busy course with the advantage of interesting trips and visits on which to base your study. This qualification in Travel and Tourism covers many aspects to help you develop the skills and knowledge that you need to prepare for your career within the industry, covering elements like air fares, travel geography, tour guiding, resort representatives and ski chalet hosts. You will learn the essentials of customer service and hospitality across the world, as well as an understanding of travel agency operations from teachers with experience from the industry such as travel agents, merchant navy and over sea reps.
