Lindy Hop - Intermediate and Performance course9-week course In this 9-week Intermediate and Performance Lindy Hop course, you will learn more complex figures, developing ways to integrate them into your current practice. You will learn the classic "Stops" routine. You will also deepen your knowledge and skills in partnering technique and individual styling. One half of this course will be dedicated to developing your social dancing skills with the addition of new figures and more elaborate combinations, styling etc. The other half of the course will draw on the classic and tutor-developed choreographed routines to create a performance piece. There will be an opportunity to perform at the college's end of year showcase.

What you need to get on

You must have taken the 9-week Intermediate course, or be able to demonstrate (in your preferred role) the ability to socially dance 6-count, 8-count Lindy Hop as well as Lindy Charleston figures for a full song, to take this course. Photography and film recording of class activities may be used in order to aid learning. These images may also be used for publicity or marketing materials produced by Morley College, both online and in print. You will have the opportunity to either confirm or decli
