No animal is the same and they all have their own personalities which makes this type of career so interesting and rewarding. The course is a great starting point and will enable you to build up confidence knowledge and practical skills whilst working with the animals.
What you need to get on
4 GCSEs at grade 3/D or above and must include English maths and science.
How you are assessed
One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
