This 25 week course helps young people to develop skills to enter or move on to in the world of work or lead a more independent life. It gives you the chance to build your confidence and motivation as well as developing the important skills, qualities and attitudes which are wanted by all employers. Alongside completing this qualification and the work experience component you will also have the opportunity to complete Functional Skills in English & Maths if required.
