Students will develop a deeper appreciation of how the body works. Students will consider their own and others well-being, through the study of health, fitness and nutrition. The concepts of challenge, competition and fear are examples of other key elements explored within the study of sports psychology . They will develop knowledge and understanding of the fundamental systems of the body and mind in order to make decisions in a sporting context
