Through a variety of social, cultural and political issues you will develop your language skills and consolidate your knowledge of grammar. You will undertake a study of literature and film. We use films, and magazine and newspaper articles, alongside the coursebook to teach the topics and the department organises trips to conferences, the cinema and theatre. You will have the opportunity to take part in our exchange to Barcelona to develop speaking skills and cultural knowledge.
