This course is for you if you would like to get a greater understanding of social media for your business. You may be at the start of your business journey or established but you must have started a business and have set up a business profile on one of the main platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn. You will come away with a clear understanding of why you are using social media for your business, who your target audience is and what platforms they are using so you can focus on creating content that speaks directly to them enabling you to achieve your social media goals/objectives. On signing up for the course the tutor will send you a pre-course questionnaire so that we can make sure the course is right for you. In the unlikely eventuality that your situation does not fit the course parameters � e.g. you do not currently have a business or are not involved in social media for an organisation - we may recommend that on this occasion the course is not suitable for you.

This course is funded for learners in the York and North Yorkshire area. If you live outside of this area, we recommend contacting your local adult education provider.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
