This course is beneficial to all job roles, exploring history and culture, stereotypes and policies and legislation. it is especially useful to those working in team lead and management positions, giving them the knowledge they need to help build an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
