Be unemployed and in receipt of qualifying benefits OR employed but earning less than £25,750 per year, living outside the EMCCA area* OR employed earning less than £33,976.80 per year, living within the EMCCA area*. (proof required). Working at a minimum of a Level 1 in English Language and Maths.
