What the college says
The Silversmithing for Beginners course introduces you to all the wonderful techniques you will need to start making your own jewellery, exploring process in embossing, piercing, cutting, sawing, soldering, filing and polishing. The classes currently available cover how to make bangles, chains, rings and pendants, with more playful experimental techniques too. You will have to provide your own silver, the tutor will provide advice on best suppliers.
