div Develop your sewing skills and learn how to make your own clothes using a commercial pattern. To start you will be taught how to thread up a sewing machine and sew a variety of basic and more decorative seams. /div div /div div The course will then take you through the whole process of making a garment including adapting patterns to your shape; sewing darts pleats and seams; inserting zips; stitching hems; and more. /div div /div div Overlocking machines are also available for your use. /div div /div div In addition to the course fees students will be required to purchase their own material pattern and sewing sundries. /div p /p p Tutor: Kirsty Tyler.
