What the college says

Roots is designed to help young people who have barriers to engaging in a typical classroom environment prepare for being more independent in the future, being in employment, or progressing on to a higher level of study. This course is a split balance of outdoor activities in the woodland and classroom activities to cover the development of core skills and knowledge. Students will also study English and maths to develop much-needed skills for progression.
