This course that supports learners to be able to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that will help them to feel emotionally ready for work, with tools to develop confidence and resilience when searching for and starting work. This is a face to face and online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
