Students will learn the fundamentals of the subject and develop skills valued by Higher Education (HE) and employers, including critical analysis, independent thinking and research. This course will enable you to: • acquire knowledge of, and a critical understanding of, psychology; • appreciate how psychology applies to our everyday lives; • understand psychological research methods; • reflect on your own experiences; • develop skills which enhance your ability to participate effectively in adult life.
