Psychology is the study of the brain and human behaviour and is directly relevant to everyday life. If focuses on why people behave as they do. For example, what makes people obey, what happens inside our brain and how much of our behaviour is caused by either nature or nurture?
What you need to get on
General entry requirements: Grade 4 in English Language and Maths together with 3 other GCSE grades at grade 4 or above is the minimum requirement to enter Hillview Sixth Form. SUBJECT SPECIFIC ENTRANCE CRITERIA Grade 5 or above in GCSE English Language, in addition to a Grade 6 or above in GCSE Mathematics and/or a GCSE Science. Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths. An APS of 4.75 or above.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
