“How can people think so differently from me?’‘ “Why do people behave differently to me?” If these are questions you ask yourself then Psychology is the subject for you! Psychology investigates behaviour and experience, with the aim of trying to explain and predict behaviour. The course is designed for individuals with no previous experience of the subject, and is aimed at people with a desire to learn and an enthusiasm for Psychology.
What you need to get on
6th Form entry: The overall entry requirements are: a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4, including a grade 9-4 in English. Subject specific entry: GCSE Grade 5 in English and Mathematics and 5,5 in Science/Biology
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
