Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour. Psychologists aim to unlock the mystery of the mind and investigate what motivates people to behave the way they do. They use a range of research methods to do this including experiments, observations, questionnaires, interviews and case studies.
What you need to get on
6 grades A*-C including 2 grade Bs; 2 or more of English, Maths and Science at A*-C; grade C or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics, C in GCSE Science recommended
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
