Psychology is a great subject to study because it will not only give you a number of transferable skills, it will also teach you more about the way people think. An understanding of the human mind is useful in a number of careers. The subject provides opportunities to explore how Psychology has contributed to an understanding of individual, social, and cultural diversity together with an awareness of how Psychology researchers meet their ethical responsibilities. An enthusiastic and enquiring approach to the subject is required to fully appreciate its depth and breadth.

What you need to get on

GSCE 6 grade 5 (or C) in any any subjects including Maths and English Language, with min. 5 at grades 6 (or B). 7 to do Maths, Chemistry, Physics. 6 to do Biology or 76 in Combined. Grade 8 in Maths to do Further Math.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
