What you need to get on
Four GCSEs at grade 3 including English at 3. Maths at grade 3 may be considered depending on full GCSE profile. The course is open to all ages.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
