If you have completed the beginner’s course of Pilates or have a good understanding of the concept, take it to the next level and challenge some moves you have learnt already, or just perfect them at a level that suits you.Pilates allows the body to redress the balance in muscle tone, lengthening tight muscles and toning lax. It helps improve posture, balance, strength and spine mobility to enable you to function occupationally and recreationallyEveryone will be different but you should achieve tighter muscle tone, more flexibility and the ability to hold a better posture.More challenging moves will be added, but are never impossible.
