For 16 to 18 year olds not currently in education, employment, or training. Or 19 and over with an Education Health and Care Plan, and not currently in education, employment, or training. School leavers who want to build confidence and explore career options Young people looking for a fresh start and a clear path forward. This course is all about helping you grow, both personally and professionally. You’ll complete: Level 1 Certificate in Employability - Learn how to write a standout CV, master interview technique, and develop the skills employers are looking for including teamwork to time management. Two weeks of industry work experience - Step into the real world with a work placement that suits your skills and interests. Whether it’s retail, construction, admin, or hospitality, you’ll gain hands-on experience and build your confidence. English and Maths - Based on your current level, you’ll work towards a nationally recognised English and/or Maths qualification - essential for any job or further training.
