This course will teach you essential skills in image manipulation and production of media incorporating text, shapes and images. You will learn to use Adobe PhotoShop to edit and manipulate images and save in different formats for use in various media. You will learn to use Adobe Illustrator to work with shapes and text to make flyers, social media content and other design projects. This course has a graphic design focus and you will learn to research and plan for a project and present your work. You will gain an OCN level 1 award in Creative and Digital Media.
What you need to get on
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date. You will need to have enough English to understand instructions with some technical vocabulary. You will need to provide material that demonstrates techniques learned. You will need to communicate clearly with the tutor and participate in classroom discussions.
