What the college says

This course requires you to have an enquiring mind, an interest in religion and a desire to examine some of the biggest questions in the universe. What you do not need is a religious belief (although it is fine if you do have one!). You will need to be able to read quite challenging texts, take notes, discuss and examine a range of different issues, and be able to write a good examination answer.

What you need to get on

4 GCSEs at Grade 9-6. You should gain a Grade 5 or above in English and Grade 6 or above in Philosophy & Ethics (if you take PEt/Religious Studies at GCSE).

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.

Is it open to 16 to 18 year olds?
