Philosophy is the study of wisdom. It is a subject which poses big and important questions about the world, how we live and what is real. It encourages us to use our best reasoning skills to answer these questions. Philosophy is a challenging and exciting subject which requires you to be brave about testing your beliefs and attitudes and to be open to debate and argument.
What you need to get on
To study Philosophy you need to have achieved at least a grade 5 in GCSE English.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
