Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Children's Play, Learning and Development gives students the opportunity to study the principles and theories of growth and development from birth to eight years. Students will look at the principles of health and safety and safeguarding in early years settings. They will also learn to meet the physical, health and play and learning need of children up to the age of eight.
