Pathway for Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Business BTEC LEVEL 3 BUSINESS As part of the BTEC Level 3 Technical Award programme of study, students investigate a range of business topics. Students have to complete a certain number of mandatory units, which include business finance, how businesses market themselves, the underlying principles of motivating staff, why businesses choose to expand abroad and the way in which businesses organise themselves. In addition to this, they also learn about the recruitment and training of staff.

Attainment 8 Score of 38+ and preferably a Grade 4+ in English and Mathematics.
