The Pathway to Progression programme focusses on preparing students for vocational training.Students on Pathway to Progression will explore, develop and apply the skills needed to study on vocational programmes with increasing independence. The course aims to develop the confidence, resilience and independent learning skills to support learners with their transition onto further study.You will work towards gaining a BTEC Level 1 Certificate Introduction to Vocational Studies where you will study art, drama and sport. Alongside working towards accredited qualifications, you will be given the opportunity to participate in Thrive sessions including Forest Schools, Independent Living Skills and ICT to further develop soft skills. You will also work towards making progress against your EHCP outcomes.
