The Raise the Bar Apprenticeship is an innovative and engaging programme that develops a range of essential management skills, refined in the real working environment to provide an understanding of management and leadership theory and the capability to motivate teams and influence with confidence. Raise the Bar apprenticeships are tailored to suit everyone’s needs and can include bespoke elements to reflect the culture and ethos of your organisation. How we deliver • A dedicated expert facilitator to coach and support through the programme • E-learning – through our interactive webinars and online resources • Micro-learning made possible through our own Raise the Bar portal • Business relevant projects to facilitate transfer of learning • Collaborative apprentice support with Employer • Mentoring – mentoring and/or reverse mentoring programmes. The level 5 apprenticeship helps to develop existing managers against the target standards for management agreed in consultation through the Trailblazer initiative by employers and Government, equipping the organisation and individual for sustainable future, high performance and success. This programme is also available as a Women in Leadership programme specifically developing attendees to address challenges more frequently faced by female colleagues and helping organisations to achieve greater gender diversity among their leaders. What you need to get on

Certificate evidence of English and maths at level 2 or GCSE grade A*-C (or new grade 9-4). If you do not have these, we can support the development of your English and maths skills through completion of Functional Skills in the relevant subject and one-to-one support. You should also be working in a role that meets the requirements of the apprenticeship.
