Any Physics qualification is held in high regard by universities and industry and will be accepted by them for any science or engineering courses or apprenticeships. As you progress through the course you will build on your knowledge of the laws of Physics, applying your understanding to solve problems on topics ranging from sub-atomic particles to the entire Universe.

What you need to get on

The minimum entry requirements for students are the best 8 GCSE grades, totalling 38 or higher. For example, two Grade 6s, two Grade 5s, and four Grade 4s. In addition, students also need to have secured a Grade 4 GCSE in English; with a Grade 6-6 in GCSE Combined Science or a Grade 6 in GCSE Triple Physics plus a Grade 6 in GCSE Mathematics.
