The OCR Level 2 programme gives a rounded approach, not just as a visual artist but to the industry as a whole. You will gain experience in creating, researching, advertising and using digital technology where you will learn techniques as well as create your own pieces. You will have the chance to work in fine art, graphics, crafts, interactive media and photography to name but a few.

3 GCSEs with grades D or above (including Maths and English)
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
