This qualification demonstrates competence against the National Occupational Standards for Decorative Finishing and Industrial Painting. At Level 3, you will learn more about organisation in the construction sector, and learn advanced and complex techniques for applying finishes. Currently those working in the industry as a qualified painter at Level 2.
What you need to get on
NVQ Diploma in Painting and Decorating is suitable for employed individuals who have already achieved Level 2 NVQ in Painting and Decorating and are able to demonstrate that they are working at a Level 3 standard and can meet the criteria mentioned below to complete the qualification. An Initial assessment will also be carried out to provide a skills analysis.
