This course is aimed at students who want to improve their qualifications that will enable them to progress onto a vocational course at college or prepare them for employment. A range of vocational tasters will give you an experience of other courses and help you to decide what career path you would like to take. You will also have the opportunity to do a work experience placement.
What you need to get on
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. All learners must be 16 ? 19 and will be asked to attend an interview and to undertake initial assessments. You should be committed to improving your own skills and be willing to work as part of a team.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
