This course is for anyone currently working in in local authorities, schools, colleges, uniformed services or health and social care needs sectors and wants a better understanding of the Safeguarding and Prevent Duty. Safeguarding is an essential part of any role that involves working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults; it is essential that those working in these sectors have a strong understanding of the responsibilities and reporting involved.
