This course provides you with the key aspects to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of administrative practice when working in an office environment. You will need a minimum of 18 credits to achieve the certificate.
What you need to get on
This course requires you to have at least level 1 ICT, English and maths skills in order to support achievement, progression and potential employment. Before you can join this course you will be required to complete a formal initial assessment for English, maths and ICT. It is important that you are able to attend all your classes as non-attendance reduces your ability to achieve on your course.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
