What you need to get on
Preferably two GCSE at grade 4 and above with English and/or maths or Functional Skills level 2.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
