What the college says
This course is designed to help you develop knowledge, understanding and skills relevant to the care sector. The Certificate is the first year of study for level 3 when successfully completed you will then enrol on the full Extended Diploma for your second year.
What you need to get on
To enrol on the course you will require 5 GCSE's C grade or above including Maths and English and Science. You may also hold a level 2 in the subject with a minimum of a Merit and level 1 Functional skills Pass. A successful reference and a clear DBS (disclosure barring check) will be required.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
