Understand nutrition and what it takes to develop healthy eating with the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health. This qualification in Nutrition and Health will increase your confidence when planning and achieving a healthy diet, provide information on eating disorders, and improve your understanding of the principles of food safety. This qualification consists of 3 mandatory units:� Unit 01 Explore principles of healthy eating� Unit 02 Consider nutritional needs of a variety of individuals� Unit 03 Use food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet.Who is it suitable for?This qualification is designed for a wide range of learners with some existing knowledge of this area who are interested in improving their understanding of nutrition and health. There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification.
