What the college says
Edexcel Advanced GCE Music course — new Areas of Study and Set Works, and ensure our AS and A level courses can be co-taught. We have conducted our own research, including international benchmarking and trialling, to build on the strengths of our current specifications and to identify the skills that students need to progress to further study in music and music-related subjects.
What you need to get on
A minimum of 8 full course GCSEs. These must include at least 4 at grade 6 and 4 at grade 5. A minimum of grade 5 in English language and mathematics. To study four full A levels, a minimum of 8 full course GCSEs to include at least 4 at grade 8 and 4 at grade 7.
