The course extends performing, composing and listening skills developed throughout Key Stage 3 and at GCSE level.
What you need to get on
5 in a written subject 5 in Music Grade 4-5 on an instrument/voice; to have the capacity to achieve Grade 6 by March of Year 13 Where you do not have a GCSE Music qualification a good pass in Grade 5 theory will be considered alongside your performance skills. All students must continue with individual vocal/instrumental lessons throughout their A level studies.
