A Level Music is made of 3 different strands, performing, composing and appraising. Students will enjoy composing and listening to a wide range of music from Classical, Romantic and 20th Century Music.

What you need to get on

Five grade 5's at GCSE, including English (Langage or Literature). You will also need to be proficient on your instrument to at least Grade 5 or above (Associated Board).

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
