You will develop an in depth understanding of the technical needs for today�s motor vehicle maintenance and repair industry, starting with the core skills and developing understanding of the specialist skills required, to include diagnosis of complex faults and advanced systems operations. You will start to explore the latest electric vehicle technology and get lots of practical experience in our industry standard workshops which contain the latest equipment and technology to help you get to where you want to be.
What you need to get on
Achieve 3 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English Language and maths.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
