Morley Radio Drama Rep is an exciting and unique course that reflects a radio repertory company, where you will work on four short radio dramas throughout the course. The course in designed to support, engage, promote and inspire acting and writing talent here at Morley College. You will work with director Julia Lewis to rehearse the short drama's and then record them in our professional radio studio. The mix of scripts will be rich and varied including a mix of contemporary and classic drama, comedies, horror, thrillers to name a few. The work will be edited, broadcast and podcast on the popular Morley Radio which now has an international listening audience. This is a great course for showcasing your acting range, provides you with material that you can send to agents or use for your voice reel and CV credits. The course will be fun and rewarding with the radio productions produced and edited to a professional standard. Radio Rep Company at Morley can also serve to enhance skills relevant for employment by means of encouraging increased confidence, physical and vocal dexterity, and concentration. You will need to be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English. Students who have already completed radio drama courses or drama courses at Morley may apply.
