Greater Manchester residents only. This course is ideal for anyone interested in increasing their own understanding of mental health issues. It is useful for those working within the voluntary and community sectors or for people whose role calls for interaction with the general public. The course aims to raise awareness and understanding of ‘mental health’.
What you need to get on
It is recommended that you possess a functional skills English qualification or equivalent and have an interest in the social care field. You will need good ICT Skills an eleCENTREonic tablet, PC or laptop with good internet access to support working on Moodle which is Oldham Lifelong Learning’s virtual learning platform.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
