What the college says

The GCSE Mathematics course is Linear. This means that students gain the award by passing two papers: non-calculator and calculator. Students sit either Higher or Foundation Tier. Foundation Tier enables students to gain up to and including a grade C, whilst the Higher Tier is for C and above grades. Both tiers and exams cover topics on: Number; Algebra; Shape and Handling Data.
