What the college says
An introductory maths course designed to build confidence with everyday maths. Suitable for adults who are returning to learning or who want to strengthen their basic maths skills before progressing to Functional Skills Level 1 or GCSE. Focuses on practical, reallife maths needed at home, in work and in the community. Delivered in a friendly and supportive adultlearning environment.
What you need to get on
You must be aged 19 or over. No formal qualifications are required. A short skills test will ensure you join the right level. Willingness to attend regularly and take part in all learning activities.
