This course provides an opportunity for those who enjoyed Mathematics at GCSE to view and make sense of the world in a particularly distinctive manner. A Level Mathematics allows students to analyse and communicate information and to create, explore and explain new ideas. The course intends to develop confidence, satisfaction and enjoyment from studying Mathematics and provide students with a foundation for further study.

What you need to get on

7 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including grade 7 or above in GCSE Mathematics, with full coverage of the Higher Maths course, or a grade 6 with a pass in an entrance assessment.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
