If you want to progress into more senior marine engineering roles this diploma builds the knowledge employers look for in problem solvers. You will study units such as CAD pattern development and maintenance of mechanical systems alongside engineering science and maths. It also creates opportunities to progress into a second year extended diploma higher apprenticeships or university engineering.
