Year 2�This one-year advanced level course will be your destination after successful completion of the NCFE Level 3 Diploma course.�You will continue to learn about a wide range of public services, starting to develop a strategy for the recruitment process.��The course is a 50/50 mix of theory based units and practical elements looking at a range of services such as the Police, Army, Prison Service, RAF and Fire Service. Learners are encouraged to link with a wide range of employers, using�Linked in to help promote employability. The units covered in the Extended Diploma are wide ranging such as mental and physical wellbeing, discipline, land and water based activities, conflict management�and volunteering.�
