The Pearson BTEC National Foundation Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science is intended to be an Applied General qualification. It is for post-16 learners who want to continue their education through applied learning, and who aim to progress to higher education and ultimately to employment, possibly in the sport and exercise science sector. You will complete the National Foundation Diploma in the first year with the option of progressing to the Extended Diploma in the second year. Successful completion of the Extended Diploma provides UCAS points equivalent to 3 A Levels.

A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9 - 4 including maths, English and Science or a full Level 2 with a merit profile and grades 9 - 4 in English & maths.
