The course will teach you how to work and communicate effectively in a business environment and learn the language of business. You will gain practical knowledge and skills and a qualification that will help you move into a career as a Secretary, Receptionist, Administrator, Personal Assistant, Office Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager. You will become familiar with the software used widely in business and day to day in these roles. This course will equip you with skills to work in an office supported by expert advice from experienced teachers. We also support you with employability, including opportunities to speak to industry professionals and access mentoring, volunteering and work experience.

If you don't have your certificates, we'll ask you to complete a short English and IT assessment so that we can make sure you're ready for this course.
